Industrial slicer with manual feed, designed for continuous operation in slicing mode. Equipped with a 420 mm chrome-plated smooth circular blade, it has an adjustable speed between 500 and 2000 RPM, reaching up to 400 cuts per minute (with suitable products).
Developed specifically for slicing bacon, it allows thickness adjustment between 0.8 mm and 25 mm, depending on the product conditions. Accommodates pieces up to 320 mm wide and 20 to 70 mm high. Ideal for processes that disable the organization of slices in a continuous flow.
